Who’s it for: C-level executives looking for a daily view of sales performance, sales managers and sales executives looking for a dynamic overview of sales and revenues with the added option to drill down into details. Why you need it: This Power BI dashboard example is packed full of advanced features: More advanced DAX code is used to calculate many different measures. There are information buttons to explain various features to the user. Links to various charts on the overview page allow the reader to navigate to a dedicated report page with more details. … and many Power BI best practices have recently been added to Power BI, including a new functionality: Field Parameters. The overview page displays the following: Today: You will have the latest data in front of you every day. No need to manually change the date, each refresh pulls the latest data and shows you today’s values. Your KPIs: In the upper left you can see today’s values ​​of two KPIs: sales and volume.
